This course builds upon the foundation established in GERM E-1a, further enhancing proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The curriculum progresses from structured exercises focused on refining grammar and syntax to more creative and independent applications of the German language. Speaking, dialogues and interactive activities are the focus of this course. Toward the end of the semester, there is a Kulturprojekt where students can showcase their newly acquired German language skills.

GERM E-1a and/or about 30 hours of formal German language instruction. Students can contact the instructor before the course starts for an assessment.
