Organizational Behavior

Robert Anthony has pursued a dual career as a general management consultant and an educator. As a consultant, he has a broad practice in assisting global corporate clients in the areas of change management, strategy innovation, and leadership development. His experience includes working with executives, groups, and teams across levels, functions, industries, and geographies to develop competitive visions, solve problems, implement strategies, and build capabilities. Long term client engagements have included such companies as General Electric, IBM, British Petroleum, Symbol Technologies, and Novartis. Anthony has industry experience as a product manager in the consumer products industry. As an educator, Anthony has taught at the Hult International Business School in all programs and campuses. His courses have included organization behavior, leadership, operations management, strategy, cybersecurity leadership, and managing emerging technologies. While at Hult, Anthony also has served as a campus dean, senior associate dean of faculty, and global dean of programs, where he was responsible for the academic content of the school. Anthony's experience includes teaching management courses at the Harvard University Division of Continuing Education and executive programs at Dartmouth College's Tuck School of Business. Previously, Anthony was a researcher at Harvard University. Anthony holds an MBA from Harvard Business School; an AB, magna cum laude, from Occidental College in Los Angeles; and a PhD in leadership from Bentley University and Capitol Technology University.
