This course provides an in-depth exploration of the theory, research, and practical applications of intercultural competence in different contexts. The course draws on global perspectives, with particular emphasis on frameworks that promote intercultural competence in leadership roles within organizations, communities, and educational settings. Participants also engage with real-world examples and challenges related to migration, globalization, and social justice. This course is designed for students and professionals who aspire to become leaders in a globalized world, equipped with the intercultural tools to address pressing challenges.
