Leaders and managers must help their teams navigate an unprecedented amount of change in today's modern workplace, from hybrid environments with colleagues often geographically dispersed to the disruptive impact of transformative technology such as generative artificial intelligence (AI). Leaders should also invest in their teams for the future and facilitate well-informed career decisions along the way. Effective coaching and mentorship are essential components of building and leading diverse high performing teams in any environment, from government service to the private sector. Through this course, students gain invaluable insights and lessons about leadership, coaching, and mentoring, and how this can be best applied across many different industries.
