This course examines human resources (HR) in the nonprofit setting, providing an introduction to the practices, policies, and theories related to nonprofit human resource management. Whether you are now or plan to be an HR practitioner, leader, or board member with a nonprofit organization, museum, school, or foundation, this course prepares you with the knowledge and skills needed to manage, train, and support human capital and ensure a positive and productive employee experience.
