In this course, students not only learn practical techniques for handling high-stakes deals and partnerships, but also practice using artificial intelligence (AI)-powered tools to simulate real-world negotiation scenarios such as negotiating salaries, hiring employees, negotiating contracts, dealing with investors, and even buying or selling a business. Through hands-on exercises and role-playing with classmates and AI, students develop the skills to confidently navigate tough business negotiations. Perfect for aspiring business leaders, this course prepares students to excel in dynamic, technology-driven negotiation environments by learning how to negotiate effectively without damaging relationships. Students practice creating and claiming value in negotiation simulations and evaluate the impact of underlying psychological biases and personality types on negotiations. After each negotiation simulation, students receive personalized feedback so that they can repeat the simulation and try out other strategies that they learn in this course.
