Managerial Finance

Dr. Bulent Aybar is a professor of international finance in the economics and finance department at the School of Business at Southern New Hampshire University since 1998. His teaching and research interests span various aspects of international corporate finance, such as cross-border acquisitions, financial policy, and risk management. He currently studies corporate revitalization through cross-border and digital acquisitions. He teaches corporate finance, multinational corporate finance, econometrics, and global dimensions of business at the undergraduate level. His teaching at the doctoral level focuses on multinational finance and economic reform and growth in emerging markets. He has published in the Journal of International Business Studies, Multinational Business Review,Emerging Markets Review, and International Review of Financial Analysis. He has been a referee for journals such as Emerging Markets Review, Journal of International Business Studies, International Business Review, Journal of World Business, European Management Review, and Thunderbird Review of International Business. Aybar is a US Fulbright scholar (2017) and he lectured in various graduate programs in the US and around the world.
