Creative Law: Ethics and Artificial Intelligence

Dr. Kevin Weaver Rivera is a Harvard alum and the instructor for Harvard's Community Seminar. The seminar is a grant-sponsored program initiated to foster community and collaboration amongst various schools and departments of Harvard University. The research and curriculum for the seminar are predicated on his postdoctoral studies at Harvard Law School and Harvard's Graduate School of Education. Most recently, he received a Harvard Innovation Grant for 2024-2025. Prior to Harvard, he led research projects at the University of California, Berkeley and Stanford University focused on legal issues in education. Beyond Harvard, Weaver is a teacher advisor for the National Constitution Center and a member of the American Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division.
