Beginning Italian

During her academic career, Rebecca Peroni has broadened her intercultural knowledge from eastern cultures and languages—bachelor of languages, cultures and societies of Asia and Mediterranean Africa at Ca' Foscari University of Venice—to western cultures and languages with a master's of languages, cultures and communication at University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. She is devoted to topics such as innovations in the fields of education, neuroscience, and neurodiversity. In particular, she was responsible for managing and analyzing sensitive data aimed at the development of her first master's thesis on internalizing and externalizing behaviors in undergraduate students with specific learning needs. She is currently a teaching assistant of Italian in the Harvard Romance Languages and Literatures department and she is enrolled in her second master's degree of language sciences and cultural studies for special needs at the University of Parma.
