Through a blend of real-world case studies and forward-looking strategy, participants explore current successful use cases of AI agents across business and health care, develop frameworks for identifying enterprise-ready AI opportunities, and build practical roadmaps for implementation. The course also addresses the critical cybersecurity and privacy considerations that accompany AI deployment, alongside strategies for navigating key implementation challenges. The course culminates in a capstone project where participants apply these concepts to their own organizations, identifying and mapping AI agent use cases within their current enterprise affiliations.
